|Recommended: YesGood property, great workers, less than great neighbors. — The apartment itself is great and the people who work here have been incredibly responsive and helpful. I do wish the neighbors were more considerate, quieter, and cleaner, but that's an issue with common decency and not with the apartments or the owners employees. Another bonus to the apartment complex is being fairly well situated - close enough for convenience access to the freeway while also being close to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I don't have to drive far for anything - and I could theoretically walk to quite a bit, too. My only real complaint with the complex itself is the parking - rented parking carports and garages are not well organized, so we have to park a fair distance from our apartment despite paying monthly for the parking, and the unmarked spots are few and far between, so it's hard to find decent unmarked parking closer to the apartment, too. That's less of a problem and more of an inconvenience.

|Recommended: YesI like it, don't want to live in any other apartment — I like the staff, The maintenance staff is professional and quick. I don't have an issue parking, but other residents do park in my spot and they park in no parking zones. the property is clean except for people not cleaning up their dog poop. People need to be reminded when they go up and down the stairs at night to be respectful and not yell, peoples rooms are right next tot he entry way. I like living here because of the staff.

|Recommended: NoI think that this place has no parking or Clean. — no Parking and Grounds are dirty. Pool stayed dirt during the summer.

|Recommended: YesOverall happy - nice community — We've been here for only about a month and we don't have any real complaints. Parking can be iffy at certain times but we pay for a carport and a garage for backup. The apartment is a great size and being on the second level, we never have to turn on the heat. Neighbors can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected in all apartment complexes. Maintenance is a little slow to get to things, unless it's a major problem. They replaced our toilet in a timely manner but still waiting on small things that aren't very important. Staff is all friendly. One of the better communities I've ever lived in.

|Recommended: YesGreat property - Lots of room for improvement — This property could be a great place to live, if the grounds were kept clean, the pool was in working condition for at least half of the summer season, guest parking was available, and the appliances within the units were updated at least once a decade. Improvement Funds should be allocated to the appropriate areas, instead of trying to update the aesthetic features of the property. For example - The color of the property is not as important as appliances that work in the units. Same applies to the garages, the garages leak water and need to be repaired, the appearance is not as important as ensuring a renters property inside the garage is not water damaged.

|Recommended: YesNice for families — Its a good place to live, great location, but needs cameras put in to catch the residents that dont pick up their dogs poop and possible delivery package thieves

|Recommended: NoThe Appartment is alright. — So, the appartment is ok. Nothing sets it apart from any other appartment.Rent is high and Parking is the absolute worst ever. Stairwells are constantly messy from personal belongings to trash.

|Recommended: NoIt's a roof over our head — The parking availability is nonexistent unless you pay extra to have a spot. The grounds are not taken care of when it comes to garbage, leaves on the ground, etc. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled within a timely manner, they do not communicate, and okay with entering apartments without permission. The prices are going up with no real reason why because that extra money certainly isn't going in to the property. We are still here because we need a roof over our head.
